Please ensure all your shipments include the address of the Something Random warehouse and your unique Customer ID. Packages shipped with an incomplete or inaccurate address may be delayed.
When you first register with us, we ensure you are using a unique ID embedded in your shipping address. Be sure to use that full name in the address you use when shopping online. When your package arrives, we use the name on the package to determine what e-mail address we send the notification to. Before you pick up your package, we ask for a government issued ID. In the case of common names in our database, we also ask those customers to recite their e-mail address. This way, we can be sure we are giving the package to the correct ‘John Njoroge’.
We shall provide you a specific address to use whenever you buy from US and/or UK online stores. You may also be asked for a “billing address” when paying online retailers. This normally requires you to use the address currently associated with your credit card.
Yes, our rates are all inclusive of taxes and duties applicable in Kenya.
