Inogen One, Sequal Eclipse, Airsep Lifestyle and others approved by the FAA are not allowed on our regular shipments. Please inquire within if you wish to order these items since we may be able to order on your behalf.

Disposable warming pads using carbon, charcoal, and iron compounds. Hot Hands, Little Hotties, etc.

Mosquito repellent, insect repellent are allowed. However, if its in an aerosol can, they are not allowed.

Scuba tanks, pressurized are not allowed.

Sealant, waterproofing, flammable
Seam sealers for tents are not allowed.

Self-inflating life jacket or safety vest
Inflatable life jackets, motorcycle vests, riding vests

Signal flares and road flares are not allowed.

Small arms ammunition and all gun accessories including and not limited to holsters & belts, hearing protection & enhancement, gun storage & maintenance, magazines etc. are not allowed.

Small compressed gas cylinders and cartridges in or with a device
Carbon dioxide (CO2) and other nonflammable, nontoxic gases are not allowed.

Tire inflation kit
Containing small nonflammable gas cylinder cartridges are not allowed.

Spare Parts restricted for shipping to Kenya as per KEBS Standard KS 2190:2013 Clause 6

Used motor spare parts that shall not be imported in loose form (not properly packaged) except as provided for in Clause 7;
Tyres, Tie-rod-ends, Bearings, Spark plugs, Clutch plates, Brake pads, Tubes, Brake hose pipes, Rubber bushes, Filters Pressure plates, Rack ends, Ball joints, Brake and clutch cables, Oil seals, Air cleaners elements, Release bearings

Weapons including knives, blades, archery, multi tools need preauthorization to send.

Weapons such as swords, guns and any accessory to such are never allowed.

Pepper spray, tasers, vape pens, vape juice and related accessories are not allowed.

Store fronts such as Argos and ASDA not meant for onward freight forwarding. These are retail stores with an online forum meant for residential deliveries only. Items sourced from these stores arrive without proper packaging or labeling.

Small Items
Small items that are minuscule in weight and size are not recommended to ship as they can easily get lost. We cannot insure goods such as SD Cards, Jewelry ie. rings and earrings, seeds and replacement screws or bolts and the likes.

Third party shippers including family members, friends, third party sellers on eBay – the goods cannot be retail value insured

Adhesives, flammable
Rubber cement, pipe cement, some super glues and other flammable adhesives are not allowed.

Adhesives, nonflammable
School glue, glue sticks, etc. are ok to ship.

Aerosol laundry products, flammable
Spray starch, anti-static spray, etc. are not allowed.

Alcohol are not allowed.

Non-perishable foods
Items such as candy, gum, canned tuna are legible for shipment. Temperature sensitive foods like chocolates are not recommended.

Mail & Magazines
Mail and monthly magazine subscriptions are allowed, however under the laws of Kenya, x-rated magazines are banned

Liquids without any alcohol are allowed in regular shipments. Liquids containing alcohol are not allowed.

Glass items
Makeup foundation, mirrors, picture frames, light bulbs & glass fixtures. Glass items are allowed, however we are not liable in the event of accidental breakage.

Aerosols flammable
Non-toiletry, WD-40, spray paint, spray starch, cooking spray, etc. are not allowed.

Fireworks
Firecrackers, bottle rockets, poppers, sparklers are not allowed.

Artist paints, nonflammable
Watercolors, acrylics, pigments and most artist oil paints are ok to send. Aerosol cans are not allowed.

Chemical kits containing hazardous materials
Water test kits, soil test kits, children's chemistry sets, etc., when containing hazardous materials are not allowed.

Formaldehyde solutions are not allowed.

Instant ice packs (using ammonium nitrate)
Instant/rapid ice packs that are activated by force—when used for medical/first aid purposes are ok to send.

Oils, nonflammable, non-aerosol
Motor oil, engine oil, 3-in-1 oil, baby oil, mineral oil, body oil, olive oil, most cooking oils are ok to send.

Paints and solvents, flammable
Including thinners, turpentine, MEK, denatured alcohol, acetone, resins, lacquers, varnishes, stains are not allowed.
